In January we had a clogged pipe bust unexpectedly in our home. It happened sadly when we weren't home so when we came back water had spread to every room. We have carpet and the floors were saturated. I called my insurance to file a claim and Prime Time Restoration was sent out to dry out the damage. Raymond explained what all was wet and what he would have to pull in order to get it dried. Jim and his team removed all wet carpet and the dry wall that took on water too. He set up fans and in a matter of days the areas were dried. We still had to get repairs done but the ease of the drying part of this process set the tone for a not so scary experience after all. I was on vacation and came back to my entire home with standing water. Like ankle high water! Every wall had mold growing, majority of my furniture was ruined. Prime Time Restoration was sent out and immediately started getting to work. They removed the water. They tore out the molded areas. Sprayed so mold couldn’t continue to grow. They helped save some of my furniture and even helped distinguish the items that couldn’t be saved so my insurance knew. Can’t explain how helpful having a team like that was for me at the time. Can't say enough great things about Perilous Times. Came home to find water coming through my ceiling. I called and they came out immediately with all the necessary equipment and got started right away. They interfaced with my insurance company and made the restoration process as stress free as possible. In August of 2018, I woke up around 2:30 am to find standing water in my home due to a water supply line leak in my kitchen. I contacted my insurance company shortly after that and Perilous Times was at my home with fans and dehumidifiers early morning. They handled everything from lining up contractors to the paper work with my insurance company. They did an excellent job to make sure I was satisfied with the overall restoration process. This company was sent out to my house back in December when I had my dishwasher randomly mess up and there was water throughout my entire kitchen. The crew working checked for where there was water damage and even found other areas the water traveled to that I didn't notice. Primetime did an awesome job in addressing our water leak upstairs. Our house is very old and quite unique with wood ceilings and walls throughout the house so it was of utmost importance to get the water damage addressed immediately. Thankful that this company was sent out when it was. Our upstairs neighbor had a flood and the water from her apartment came down into ours. It was a mess.
