In January we had a clogged pipe bust unexpectedly in our home. It happened sadly when we weren't home so when we came back water had spread to every room. We have carpet and the floors were saturated. I called my insurance to file a claim and Prime Time Restoration was sent out to dry out the damage. Raymond explained what all was wet and what he would have to pull in order to get it dried. Jim and his team removed all wet carpet and the dry wall that took on water too. He set up fans and in a matter of days the areas were dried. We still had to get repairs done but the ease of the drying part of this process set the tone for a not so scary experience after all.
